Semi-Permanent (3 years+):
Nine images and two words from "Now is Fireworks" are affixed to the inner rails of the fence around the county water tower at 8th St. & Pecan. The paintings by Graham Carew, reproduced on adhesive vinyl, are designed by him from the poem. They are installed for lenticular effect, so that they come into view only at certain angles, disappearing at others and dead-on.
